Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Prompt Systems, operated by Jeff Edwards ("we," "us," or "our") at promptsystems.co. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital product license
When you purchase a digital product from Prompt Systems, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the product for your own business or personal purposes.
What you may do: Use the prompts for your own outreach, projects, and business operations. Adapt and customize the content for your specific industry and use case. Use the output generated by the prompts in any way you choose.
What you may not do: Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the PDF or its contents to any third party. Post the prompts publicly online in any form. Use the product to build a competing prompt product or service without a separate licensing agreement.
For team, agency, or white-label licensing — where you want to deploy the system across multiple users or include it in a service you sell — contact legal@promptsystems.co for a separate licensing arrangement.
2. No refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download or did not receive your product, contact legal@promptsystems.co and we will resolve it promptly.
3. No guarantees of results
The prompts in our products are tools to assist your sales and business communication. We make no guarantee of specific business results, revenue outcomes, or sales performance from using our products. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, execution, and the AI tool you use to run the prompts.
4. Intellectual property
All content in our digital products — including prompt text, structure, guides, and bonus materials — is the intellectual property of Prompt Systems and Jeff Edwards. It is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal use license only; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying content.
5. AI tool usage
Our prompts are designed to work with third-party AI tools including Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and similar platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes to AI platforms that may affect prompt performance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Systems and Jeff Edwards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Systems, Jeff Edwards, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jeff Edwards operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
